Terms of Service

1. Account Creation

To use Rocktai, you must have an account.

You can create your account on our Sign Up page.

If you face any issues during registration, please contact us via our support page and we can create an account for you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Note: All APIs, backend services, and user account data are managed by a third-party provider. For more information, please see their Terms of Service.

2. Services and Plans

Rocktai offers three subscription plans:

Creating a website costs 150 credits.

Sending a regular message costs 35 credits.

Payments are processed via PayPal through beacons.ai. Credits will be applied within 1–3 days of purchase.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, steal credits, or misuse the API. Accounts violating this will be deleted immediately.
• Upload any content other than text.
• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities.

4. Content and Ownership

All text content created by users remains their responsibility.

Rocktai reserves the right to modify or remove content if necessary.

5. AI and Service Limitations

Our AI may occasionally produce errors. While we strive for accuracy, Rocktai is not liable for errors, lost credits, or service interruptions.

Users acknowledge that the service is provided "as-is".

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed externally via PayPal.

Credits are delivered within 1–3 days after purchase.

Refunds are not guaranteed; issues must be addressed via our support.

7. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts for violations of these Terms, including credit theft, misuse, or illegal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rocktai is not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our platform.

You use Rocktai at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Athens, Greece.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

By using Rocktai, you agree to these Terms of Service.
